If there is absolutely no wind and it is very humid outside, then you're in for a tough job. However, there are a few things you could do to help.

If most of the heat is coming from an uninsulated roof (if the garage is directly under its own roof and there is no insulation installed as far as you know), then you need to somehow sunshade your garage roof. If you can create a pocket of air between the roof and the first surface the sun hits, it would help matters a little (maybe you have tent poles and large ground sheets). I don't imagine you have foil sheets or solar panels lying around large enough for this, so really... don't worry about it and just focus on cooling the place down for evening.

The most direct way to help is to sit the ice you no doubt bought for the party in front of the fans in the garage. This may mean you will need more ice for the party. By blowing actually cold air around the garage (don't leave the doors open), there's a chance the fans will be able to do a better job. You have to elevate the ice so that the air from the fan blows across/around the ice pile (so make sure the ice is pushed into a snow cone in the ice box so the air can hit it). This is similar to the way the glacial mountains cool our Earth... but anyway.

If your garage is in a garden and the water will not be wasted (it flows into the lawn instead of the drain), hosing down your garage roof/walls would also be fairly effective. If it does waste water, don't do it, or set up wet sheets to channel/collect the water so it goes to the lawn or plants instead. All of that might lower the room temperature by 3-5 degrees, maybe more if you have the time to regularly mound up the ice and stuff.

If you're hosing, don't do it till the sun is going down. It will only help the bricks cool faster, but the room will return to ambient temperature soon enough (which hopefully would be lower by the time it's dark).

The cheapest, easiest way to harness solar energy for the home, at least in my experience is , buy a reasonably sized solar kit. 45 watt kits can be found for $170-$200, second you can use a car battery but since you already had to replace it it likely isn't any good anymore so investing in a deep cycle batterry is a good bet, I personally wired all my exterior lights directly to the battery( a deep cycle huge RV battery) using 12 volt leds, and also have an internal inverter/powerpack from Xanrax for powering my internal lights and TV/ Satellight when the power goes out. It works great when the power goes out I'm the only house on the block with power, so I've been having power out block parties. Also all the heavy Items Panels/ battery is built on a small trailer that I load my kayaks on for camping so I always have power when i camp. It's not a good idea to have 12 volt lead acid batteries inside as when you charge them they can give off hydrogen gas, which is harmless vented outside but inside could build up to explosive levels. The whole point of using solar panels is to charge the house batteries using the "free" power of the sun.

You could just charge up the house batteries using a regular battery charger and save a lot of problems with building the 1/2 horsepower motor and ten alternators.

Also you will lose power due to the mechanical and electrical losses in either system.
