What Our Customers are Saying

"We found all of the employees with whom we in contact from the sales representative to the installers to be knowledgeable and professional. All our questions were answered satisfactorily which is why we decided panels installed. We were also impressed with the company’s A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau.” – Pat S. – Boston

"Our first two bills were approximately $300.00 less than before and our third bill, just received was down about $250.00 from what we were paying! We think it is fantastic!" - William R. - Waltham MA

"They did a wonderful job on my system and I would recommend them to my family and friends!" - Georg S. - Chicopee MA

I cannot express my gratitude for going forward with solar panels. From the initial meeting to discuss the possibility to the techs who eventually installed them. But most of all, it is the savings we have experienced. That first month was unbelievable. Solar plus our other electric source combined was less than our usual monthly expense. During the summer when our electric usage is higher because of the air conditioning, our monthly expense was still less than what we have paid with past summer usage. And if that’s not enough…our present electricity is primarily supplied by the solar panels. We have been building up a reserve with our other electricity source and will be able to draw from that all winter when our panels wont’t generate as much electricity. It’s a win-win situation that we’re just thrilled over. Having a fixed rate locked in is another great feature for savings.” – Virgil T. – Westport MA

About Solar Energy

Solar power is energy from the sun that is transformed into thermal or electrical energy.

Solar energy is the cleanest and most abundant renewable resource source available, and the United States has some of the richest solar resources worldwide. Modern innovation can harness this energy for a variety of usages, consisting of producing electricity, supplying light or a comfortable interior environment, and heating water for domestic, commercial, or industrial usage.

Solar Benefits

Solar power makes it possible for house owners to use the sun to power daily life: running your air conditioning system, washing clothing, viewing TELEVISION, cooking supper. All while decreasing your carbon footprint, and without burning nonrenewable fuel sources or putting a pressure on the electrical grid. And while the ecological advantages of solar power are considerable, many home owners discover that the benefit, distinct functions, and expense savings of owning a solar power system are a lot more enticing.

Leading Advantages of Solar Energy

#1 Significantly lower or perhaps eliminate your electrical expenses

Whether you're a homeowner, organization, or not-for-profit, electricity costs can make up a big portion of your month-to-month costs. With a photovoltaic panel system, you'll generate totally free power for your system's entire 25+ year lifecycle. Even if you do not produce 100 percent of the energy you consume, solar will reduce your energy costs and you'll still save a lot of cash.

#2 Make a terrific return on your financial investment

Solar panels aren't an expense-- they are among the best methods to invest, with returns rivaling those of more conventional investments like stocks and bonds. Thanks to significant electricity expense savings, the typical American house owner pays off their photovoltaic panel system in seven to 8 years and sees an ROI of 20 percent or more.

#3 Safeguard against increasing energy costs

Among the most clear cut advantages of solar panels is the capability to hedge energy prices. In the previous ten years, residential electricity rates have increased by an average of three percent yearly. By investing in a solar energy system now, you can repair your electricity rate and secure versus unpredictable boosts in electricity costs. If you're a service or house owner with ever-changing capital, going solar likewise helps you better projection and handle your expenses.

#4 Boost your house value

Several research studies have actually found that homes equipped with solar energy systems have higher property worths and offer faster than non-solar homes. Appraisers are progressively taking solar installations into consideration as they value homes at the time of a sale, and as property buyers end up being more informed about solar, need for homes geared up with solar panel systems will continue to grow.

#5 Boost U.S. energy independence

The sun is a near-infinite source of energy and an essential part of achieving energy independence in the United States. By increasing our capacity to create electricity from the sun, we can also insulate our country from cost fluctuations in global energy markets.

#6 Develop jobs and help your local economy

According to The Solar Foundation, the solar market included jobs at a rate almost 12 times faster than the overall U.S. economy in 2015, representing 1.2 percent of all tasks in the country. This growth is expected to continue. Since solar-related jobs tend to be greater paying and can not be outsourced, they are a considerable contributor to the U.S. economy.

#7 Secure the environment

Solar is a fantastic method to lower your carbon footprint. Structures are accountable for 38 percent of all carbon emissions in the U.S., and going solar can substantially decrease that number. A typical property photovoltaic panel system will remove three to four lots of carbon emissions each year-- the equivalent of planting over 100 trees annually.

#8 Show your dedication to sustainability

Sustainability and business social responsibility are necessary parts of a company's culture and worths. They also produce bottom line outcomes. Progressively, consumers and neighborhoods are recognizing and rewarding services that pick to run properly. Organisations are finding that "green" credentials are a powerful driver of consumer getting choices, producing goodwill and enhancing service results.

#9 Start Saving from Day 1

Solar purchase power agreements (PPAs) and solar leasing has actually made it possible for house owners to go solar for little or no loan down.

Numerous house owners decide to fund their solar panels with among the "pay-as-you-go" financing choices. This means that a third-party company-- the solar provider-- owns the solar system and looks after installation, upkeep, tracking and repairs. You just pay the solar provider for electrical power-- less than you would've paid the energy business.

Since June 2013, 75% of all American homes have access to pay-as-you-go solar.

#10. Solar is a Secure Investment

The energy business are well-known for their fluctuating and undependable electrical power costs. There is clearly an upward trend.

With photovoltaic panels and simple math, we can determine just how much electrical power will be generated, and most notably, at exactly what price, for at least the next Twenty Years (repaired energy expenses).

How Can I Save Money On My Electric Bill?
Solar Energy

Solar energy will save you money on your electric bill. However if you calculate the total cost of ownership you will pay double for the electric compared to buying it from the electric company. But your bill from the electric company will be reduced...

I Have 5000 Usd Only To Invest In The Stock Market, Which One Is Your Best Pick Right Now?
My Plan Is To Invest In Maximum 2 Stocks Or May Be 1. I Need Fast Gain.I Was Thinking About Some Stocks In Cloud Computing Or In Solar Energy. What Is Your Best Pick Right Now, Which Stock Has A Chance To Move 5-10% In 1-2 Months....

Give it approx. six months instead of 1-2months, the reason why is because given that equity valuations are still only slightly above long-term average levels and that companies are flush with cash, there should be scope for considerably stronger gains in many stock markets.

The financials sector, health sciences and airlines are during well and will continue to perform well anyway the FEDS are still involve into the market so we are going to have a GREAT year again in 2014 so instead of 1-2 months, give it 6months and you should be fine and received your 5% interest goal

What Is Our Solar System / Space?

Our solar system is made up of the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune. There are also 3 dwarf planets they are Ceres, Pluto and Eris. These orbit around the sun and they are kept in an elliptical orbit by the Suns gravitational pull.

Space is what this is all in. Space is very difficult to describe but here is the definition of it:

In space, no one can hear you scream. This is because there is no air in space – it is a vacuum. Sound waves cannot travel through a vacuum.

'Outer space' begins about 200 km above the Earth, where the shell of air around our planet disappears. With no air to scatter sunlight and produce a blue sky, space appears as a black blanket dotted with stars.
Space is usually regarded as being completely empty. But this is not true. The vast gaps between the stars and planets are filled with huge amounts of thinly spread gas and dust. Even the emptiest parts of space contain at least a few hundred atoms or molecules per cubic metre.
Space is also filled with many forms of radiation that are dangerous to astronauts. Much of this infrared and ultraviolet radiation comes from the Sun. High energy X-rays, gamma rays and cosmic rays – particles traveling close to the speed of light – arrive from distant star systems.

What Energy Sources Are Available In The Simpson Desert?
Im Doing A Major Project In School And I Need A Bit Of Help, Other Than Solar Panels, What Energy Sources Can Be Found In The Desert? Thx

Are you looking for energy source alternatives or usage alternatives? In terms of sources solar is your primary which may be seconded by wind. You may have a source of oil, gas, or coal buried some where down in the ground but, as a general residental type of user the chances of gathering and harnessing these types of energy sources are not very high. Theoretically, one could harness 15 minutes of hydro energy every so often as water rushes down and through the washes; not exactly a reliable source.

That same solar energy that we associate with being in abundance in a desert environment capable of running solar panels also serves to heat more than just roof tops. Likewise, the heat we associate with deserts can certainly affect energy use when/if an air conditioner is used. For those of us not from a desert area, it is often a surprise at just how downright cold it can get in the winter!

Solar remains the primary SOURCE of alternative energy in the desert. I'm not familiar with the Simpson Desert so, I can't address the reliable availablility of wind; some deserts have a fair amount of wind and others very little. Solar Panels are a way of harnessing or using solar power. There are also a number of ways to heat water using solar energy and then using the heated water for either direct use, building heat, and even some other ways. Further, there are a number of devices in existance that convert mechanical energy into electrical energy; many involve pedaling a stationary bike to run small appliances.

But there are two ways to reduce the use of traditional sources of energy - and still remain somewhat comfortable as a warm blooded, human, critter. The first we often think of is to find an alternative source such as solar versus oil powered. While thinking of alternative sources, we often turn immediately to alternative devices of gathering that energy into a useful form, such as a solar panel. The second way to reduce the use of traditional sources of energy is to decide just what conditions we need or want to mitigate within our local environment and then how to do so. In the stereo-typical desert there is one heck of a lot of solar energy that serves to heat the dirt/sand, our dwellings, our bodies, and everything else. If you look at the traditional houses of the American Southwest and even the prarrie houses of the American Plains, great thicknesses of local "dirt" were used in dwelling constuction to both insulate against the summer heat and the winter cold. Often the dwellings in the American Plains were dug into the earth to further mitigate the outside temperature extreams where as in the South West, those that could surrounded their dwellings with walls that shaded their dwelling walls. Further dwellings, hardscaping, and landscaping were often constructed to mitigate and use rising heat, breeze, and wind issues. In general, the more insulated and the more shaded the dwelling walls in an intense sun area, the less energy required to remain comfortable. Of course, this is true double fold when discussing doors and windows which are the portals through which sunlight/solar energy not only heats the outside of our dwellings but enters into and heats the inside of our dwellings. If one wants to enter a different level of energy reduction and/or self-sufficientcy then thinking in terms of 12 volt systems from wiring to lighting to appliance and tool selection can be readily part of an alternative energy source discussion as many options are available right off the vehicle and RV parts store shelf.

There are a number of folks who "live off the grid" or supply a number/all of their own electrical needs that have a web presense. Each takes advantage of what their local ecosystem or natural environment offers them in terms of alternative energy sources. But, most of the innovation is in how they harness, or convert, their localized energy sources into an energy form that is useful to them in their area. For most, simply finding alternative energy sources and harnessing mechanisms is not adequate, rather they must also alter and/or find alternative energy use systems as well.

Oil Vs. Solar Energy Pros And Cons?
I Need To Know How These Two Effect The Environment How They Can Be Used For Humans Ie Heating Homes Fuel For Vehicles Ect What Makes Solar More Environmentally Friendly And How The Human Uses Of These Impact The Environment And If You Have Pictures That Will Help Thank You So Much For Your Help!!!!

In Green Building practice oil, coal, gas are categorized as fossil and non renewable energy.
oil-------------------------------------... solar
Non renewable
Will burn into harmful gas -----------------No side effect
Limited Source ------------------------------ Abundant supply
Extraction & transport is costly -----------No Issue here
Lot of product choices available--------------Still developing.

Just for example if we take cars. There are very few efficient battery power cars in the market.Public demand can be the reason. The technology is still developing. We dont have public car charging stations near offices or malls like we have gas stations. But still are efforts being taken like some malls or offices are providing designated parking spaces for such cars and giving extra travel allowance for such car users.
With oil the extraction, refinement, and then transportation is very costly. Oil can not be made locally. ( offcourse everyone knows that) so we burn so much fuel to transport fuel.. thats crazy.
Solar use will help reduce heat island effect also, which is one of the major causes of Global warming.
