Umbreon: Wish and Protect is a good combo, but what about Moonlight and Toxic? It's not better or worse over the other option (as Moonlight and Sandstorm don't mix well), but it gives you another form of attacking (toxic stalling).
Typhlosion: You did good on him... but unfortunately, its on HIM. Typhlosion is a weak fire type (which, in itself, is a weak type), and generally shouldn't be used to often (I raised one, and I ditched it as soon as I could). A sunny day-solarbeam set would work better on a grass type with Chlorophyll. Exeggutor, Bellossom, and Tangrowth are examples that can work better with a set like that. Some fire types even pull that set better, like Magmortar. Its a good move set, not a good pokemon.
Salamance: I can see where your going with Roost, but is it neccassary? yes, recovering that 10% off every time is nice, but Salamance can do so much more. Dragon Dancing is one thing that he can do nicely, or even Fire Fang/Flamethrower could work, to cover Brozong and Skarmory (who resist this move set). Roost can be kept if you find it more useful then I do, however, as it does have potential.
Metagross: The move set is good, but to item isnt that great. Expert belt would work better for him then a quick claw, as he doesn't exactly mind going last (its a nice benefit going first, don't get me wrong. But a benefit to super-effective moves might work better on him then an occasional turn to go first).
Dusknoir vs. Blissy: Thats a tough one. Seeing how the team isn't weak to Fighting, nor Dark and Ghost, it's not an easy pick. My personal suggestion is Dusknoir, and here's why. Your team seems to have a lot of special walls (Milotic is more special, and so is Umbreon before the Curse boosts), so a Blissy would seem to only increase the lop-sided defense stat on the team. Dusknoir, from what I remember, is a mixed wall. He doesn't help to lop-sided defense, but at least he doesn't hinder it.
Dusknoir: Now that we have gotten who to pick out of the way, I say you did fine. I can't really pick anything nit-picky about it, just, in my personal opinoin, Fire punch complements Shadow Sneak more then Thunder punch, by covering steel types.
Milotic: I haven't had any experience with Milotic, so I can't tell you that much about it. It seems you did fine, however, as you got Surf and Ice beam for most stuff, and Energy ball for waters. Recover just rounds everything out.
Overall, next to typhlosion, this is a really though team to beat, and is well planned and thought of well. my rating is a 9 out of 10.
