What Our Customers are Saying

"We found all of the employees with whom we in contact from the sales representative to the installers to be knowledgeable and professional. All our questions were answered satisfactorily which is why we decided panels installed. We were also impressed with the company’s A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau.” – Pat S. – Boston

"Our first two bills were approximately $300.00 less than before and our third bill, just received was down about $250.00 from what we were paying! We think it is fantastic!" - William R. - Waltham MA

"They did a wonderful job on my system and I would recommend them to my family and friends!" - Georg S. - Chicopee MA

I cannot express my gratitude for going forward with solar panels. From the initial meeting to discuss the possibility to the techs who eventually installed them. But most of all, it is the savings we have experienced. That first month was unbelievable. Solar plus our other electric source combined was less than our usual monthly expense. During the summer when our electric usage is higher because of the air conditioning, our monthly expense was still less than what we have paid with past summer usage. And if that’s not enough…our present electricity is primarily supplied by the solar panels. We have been building up a reserve with our other electricity source and will be able to draw from that all winter when our panels wont’t generate as much electricity. It’s a win-win situation that we’re just thrilled over. Having a fixed rate locked in is another great feature for savings.” – Virgil T. – Westport MA

About Solar Energy

Solar power is energy from the sun that is transformed into thermal or electrical energy.

Solar energy is the cleanest and most abundant renewable resource source available, and the United States has some of the richest solar resources worldwide. Modern innovation can harness this energy for a variety of usages, consisting of producing electricity, supplying light or a comfortable interior environment, and heating water for domestic, commercial, or industrial usage.

Solar Benefits

Solar power makes it possible for property owner to use the sun to power everyday life: running your air conditioning unit, cleaning clothes, seeing TELEVISION, cooking supper. All while reducing your carbon footprint, and without burning nonrenewable fuel sources or putting a pressure on the electrical grid. And while the environmental advantages of solar power are considerable, many property owners find that the benefit, special functions, and cost savings of owning a solar power system are even more attractive.

Leading Advantages of Solar Energy

#1 Significantly decrease or perhaps eliminate your electrical costs

Whether you're a property owner, service, or nonprofit, electricity costs can make up a big portion of your month-to-month expenses. With a solar panel system, you'll produce complimentary power for your system's whole 25+ year lifecycle. Even if you don't produce 100 percent of the energy you consume, solar will lower your utility bills and you'll still conserve a great deal of cash.

#2 Make a great return on your financial investment

Solar panels aren't an expense-- they are among the best methods to invest, with returns measuring up to those of more traditional financial investments like stocks and bonds. Thanks to considerable electricity bill savings, the average American house owner pays off their solar panel system in 7 to eight years and sees an ROI of 20 percent or more.

#3 Secure versus increasing energy costs

Among the most clear cut benefits of photovoltaic panels is the capability to hedge utility prices. In the previous 10 years, domestic electrical energy prices have increased by an average of three percent each year. By investing in a solar energy system now, you can fix your electrical energy rate and protect against unforeseeable increases in electrical power costs. If you're a business or property owner with fluctuating money circulation, going solar also helps you much better projection and manage your expenditures.

#4 Boost your residential or commercial property value

Multiple studies have discovered that houses equipped with solar energy systems have higher home values and sell faster than non-solar homes. Appraisers are increasingly taking solar installations into consideration as they value homes at the time of a sale, and as property buyers become more informed about solar, need for homes equipped with solar panel systems will continue to grow.

#5 Increase U.S. energy self-reliance

The sun is a near-infinite source of energy and a crucial part of achieving energy independence in the United States. By increasing our capacity to generate electrical power from the sun, we can also insulate our nation from rate changes in worldwide energy markets.

#6 Create jobs and help your local economy

Inning accordance with The Solar Structure, the solar industry included jobs at a rate almost 12 times faster than the total U.S. economy in 2015, representing 1.2 percent of all jobs in the country. This growth is expected to continue. Because solar-related tasks tend to be greater paying and can not be outsourced, they are a substantial factor to the U.S. economy.

#7 Safeguard the environment

Solar is a terrific way to decrease your carbon footprint. Structures are accountable for 38 percent of all carbon emissions in the U.S., and going solar can substantially reduce that number. A common domestic solar panel system will get rid of 3 to 4 tons of carbon emissions each year-- the equivalent of planting over 100 trees annually.

#8 Demonstrate your commitment to sustainability

Sustainability and corporate social duty are very important parts of an organization's culture and worths. They also produce bottom line outcomes. Progressively, consumers and communities are recognizing and rewarding companies that opt to run responsibly. Organisations are discovering that "green" qualifications are an effective chauffeur of customer getting choices, producing goodwill and enhancing service outcomes.

#9 Start Conserving from Day 1

Solar purchase power arrangements (PPAs) and solar leasing has made it possible for homeowners to go solar for little or no money down.

Lots of house owners decide to fund their photovoltaic panels with among the "pay-as-you-go" financing choices. This suggests that a third-party company-- the solar service provider-- owns the solar system and takes care of setup, upkeep, tracking and repairs. You just pay the solar supplier for electrical power-- less than you would've paid the energy company.

Since June 2013, 75% of all American houses have access to pay-as-you-go solar.

#10. Solar is a Secure Financial investment

The utility business are infamous for their fluctuating and undependable electrical energy prices. There is clearly an upward trend.

With photovoltaic panels and basic math, we can calculate just how much electrical energy will be created, and most importantly, at exactly what rate, for at least the next Twenty Years (fixed energy expenses).

I Am Talking Of A Solar Park With Hundreds Of Panels.

Via an inverter, which you can buy at many places.

The inverter uses power transistors and a transformer to convert the 12 volts DC to AC and raise it to the proper voltage level.

Is Solar Panels For A House Worth It?

Yes, yes, and yes! I had Arosa Energy come and give me an estimate and within a week they had the panels installed quick and neatly done. We're now seeing our bills go down and it's mind boggling how much we're saving! I would suggest you take it serious. Happy saving!

Is There A Way To Charge A Solar Panel Without The Sun? I Know There Has Got To Be A Way!!!?

Any light source can be used for a solar panel to produce Electricity such as a lighted room. Like what amanssci said it is not of much use accept for small gadgets such watches and calculaters which uses solar cells.

How To Make Solar Cells Or Panel And How I Can Store Energy Generated By Solar Panel?

There are several videos online that will give you a general idea of how th make solar panels. There are more in-depth guides available that teach you the entire process, step-by-step.

The energy collected by the sopar panel is stored in one or more batteries (depending on the size and scope of your system) then flows through a converter that converts the DC power into AC power for use in your home.

Are Solar Panels A Viable Option In Il?
I'Ve Been Thinking And I'D Like To Have Solar Panels Installed On My Roof At Some Point To Help Reduce Our Electricity Consumption- But I Live In Il And In The Winter It Frequently Snows. Is There Such A Thing As Heated Solar Panels So They Don'T Get Coated W/Ice Or Snow? Are Solar Panels Even A Feasible Option In Il? Thank You, Anna

Absolutely you can have solar panels in IL, there Anna. I am from Rochester, NY so I am a little familiar with frequent snowfalls! Plus my In Laws have solar panels and they live just outside of Chicago. (Oak Park sounds familiar, but I cant for the life of me remember the name of their community) Check with your local building department as to what you may have to do to your existing roof, as the panels and its necessary roof bracing can be quite heavy. Add a good Lake Michigan snowfall to an already heavy roof and you could have yourself a big problem!

In better news many utilities and states around the country provide financial subsidies and incentives that along with the subsidies from those from the Federal Government greatly reduce the initial cost and speed up the amount of time it takes for you to recoup your initial investment.

Solar panels by their very nature are warm, as they absorb the light from the sun. The latitude for IL is such that the solar panels on your roof will be tilted so much that the only way snow can build up is if there such a snowfall on your roof that its accumulation rises above the solar panels. There is no such thing as heated solar panels and you can very easily have solar panels in climates ranging from the Carribean to Northern Canada/Alaska. If you get serious about solar energy give a company called Sun Electronics a call. I know it may sound lame but my in-laws used them for their house and have been quite happy with the outcome. My In laws (at times) are cheap and are not an easy crowd to please.....but again are very happy with their outcome!

Good Luck.
