What Our Customers are Saying

"We found all of the employees with whom we in contact from the sales representative to the installers to be knowledgeable and professional. All our questions were answered satisfactorily which is why we decided panels installed. We were also impressed with the company’s A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau.” – Pat S. – Boston

"Our first two bills were approximately $300.00 less than before and our third bill, just received was down about $250.00 from what we were paying! We think it is fantastic!" - William R. - Waltham MA

"They did a wonderful job on my system and I would recommend them to my family and friends!" - Georg S. - Chicopee MA

I cannot express my gratitude for going forward with solar panels. From the initial meeting to discuss the possibility to the techs who eventually installed them. But most of all, it is the savings we have experienced. That first month was unbelievable. Solar plus our other electric source combined was less than our usual monthly expense. During the summer when our electric usage is higher because of the air conditioning, our monthly expense was still less than what we have paid with past summer usage. And if that’s not enough…our present electricity is primarily supplied by the solar panels. We have been building up a reserve with our other electricity source and will be able to draw from that all winter when our panels wont’t generate as much electricity. It’s a win-win situation that we’re just thrilled over. Having a fixed rate locked in is another great feature for savings.” – Virgil T. – Westport MA

Even if you do not produce One Hundred Percent of the energy you consume, solar will reduce your energy expenses and you'll still save a great deal of loan.

#2 Earn a fantastic return on your investment

Photovoltaic panels aren't a cost-- they're one of the best ways to invest, with returns measuring up to those of more traditional investments like stocks and bonds. Thanks to substantial electrical power bill savings, the typical American property owner pays off their photovoltaic panel system in 7 to 8 years and sees an ROI of 20 percent or more.

#3 Protect versus rising energy costs

One of the most clear cut benefits of solar panels is the ability to hedge utility prices. In the previous ten years, property electricity rates have increased by an average of three percent each year. By purchasing a solar energy system now, you can repair your electrical power rate and protect versus unpredictable increases in electrical energy costs. If you're a business or property owner with ever-changing cash circulation, going solar also assists you better forecast and handle your expenditures.

#4 Increase your residential or commercial property worth

Numerous research studies have discovered that homes geared up with solar energy systems have higher home values and offer more quickly than non-solar homes. Appraisers are significantly taking solar setups into factor to consider as they value houses at the time of a sale, and as property buyers become more informed about solar, need for residential or commercial properties equipped with photovoltaic panel systems will continue to grow.

#5 Increase U.S. energy self-reliance

The sun is a near-infinite source of energy and a crucial part of accomplishing energy self-reliance in the United States. By increasing our capacity to create electrical power from the sun, we can likewise insulate our nation from price variations in worldwide energy markets.

#6 Develop jobs and help your regional economy

Inning accordance with The Solar Foundation, the solar industry added tasks at a rate nearly 12 times faster than the overall U.S. economy in 2015, representing 1.2 percent of all jobs in the nation. This growth is anticipated to continue. Because solar-related tasks have the tendency to be higher paying and can not be contracted out, they are a considerable contributor to the U.S. economy.

#7 Protect the environment

Solar is an excellent way to minimize your carbon footprint. Structures are accountable for 38 percent of all carbon emissions in the U.S., and going solar can considerably reduce that number. Solar purchase power agreements (PPAs) and solar leasing has actually made it possible for house owners to go solar for little or no money down.

Lots of property owners select to fund their solar panels with one of the "pay-as-you-go" financing alternatives. This implies that a third-party company-- the solar supplier-- owns the solar system and looks after installation, upkeep, monitoring and repair works. You simply pay the solar provider for electricity-- less than you would've paid the energy business.

As of June 2013, 75% of all American houses have access to pay-as-you-go solar.

#10. Solar is a Secure Investment

The energy business are notorious for their varying and unreliable electrical power rates. There is plainly an upward trend.

With solar panels and easy math, we can compute just how much electrical energy will be produced, and most importantly, at what rate, for a minimum of the next 20 years (repaired energy expenses).

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do Consumers Benefit From Solar Energy?

Homeowners who install solar systems on their houses can reduce the amount of electricity they're using from the power company. In fact, if the system generates more power than what the house needs, the excess electricity is sold back to the power company. This can greatly reduce the homeowner's monthly electric bill - even make it $0.

Why All Solar Panels Must Transmit Energy To A Battery First?
And Not Direct To The Device¡? The Clearer Question 10 Points! Thanks!

Actually it is not a must.

What happens is that most of the time the voltage/current output of a solar panels is not suitable for most devices (most devices at home use AC power and solar panel produces only DC power) or you need a stable source of energy (available all the time) which you can not get with only a solar panel which output depends on the solar light (unstable power source ).

If you get suitable devices (you can get them in some stores) for solar panels and you do not need a stable power source, you can use solar panels directly, for example, in remote places in normal to use solar panels without batteries to pumps water whenever there is sunlight, the pump has to be a suitable one for solar panel power.

What Part Of The Jacuzzi Would I Hook A Solar Panel Up To In Order To Solar Heat The Water In The Jacuzzi?

It sounds 'hot! We neeed screws...screw bee do and dooo..
(((awww!))).... Now the heat will scream out of the sun, to boil it up!

As long as the panel won't burn off my cutie cookie bun when I dip on it..Or 'can't help to cry out Meoww!!

Good luck brother..

How Is Solar Energy Used In The Us?
What Uses The Most Solar Energy In The Us?

What a great question. I was very interested in finding out this information as well so I had to research it. What I found is that solar energy is the light and radiant heat from the Sun that influences Earth's climate and weather and sustains life. Solar power is the rate of solar energy at a point in time; it is sometimes used as a synonym for solar energy or more specifically to refer to electricity generated from solar radiation. Since ancient times solar energy has been harnessed for human use through a range of technologies. Solar radiation along with secondary solar resources such as wind and wave power, hydroelectricity and biomass account for most of the available flow of renewable energy on Earth.

In what ways is Solar Energy used in the US and what uses the most Solar Energy?

Solar energy in the US can provide electrical generation by heat engine or photovoltaic means, day lighting and space heating in passive solar and active solar buildings, potable water via distillation and disinfection, hot water, space cooling by absorption or vapor-compression refrigeration, thermal energy for cooking, and high temperature process heat for industrial purposes.

It has many many uses as you can see, but none more important than for heating and electrical needs, especially here in US where the demand for power is growing and growing as we begin to find other alternatives, for renewable energy besides gas and oil.

Great question by the way, it helped me also in my research. :p

Thank You!

What Is The Purpose Of Geothermal Energy?
I Am Doing Research Aon Geothermal Energy And Im Sry To Bother Everyone But I Really Need Help And Fast

The "purpose" of geothermal energy? It is but one alternative energy whose purpose is to reduce the use of traditional energy sources. To begin with, do you know WHAT geothermal energy is? "Geo" refers to geology or things of the earth; "thermal" refers temperature. Put together, "geothermal" energy has to do with using the temperature properties of the earth in place of or in the reduction of the use of traditional energy sources.

Pretty much world wide, the earth's soil structures help to moderate the temperature above ground. The "dirt" layers make for a pretty darned good insulation. This means that when it is cold, if you dig deep enough the dirt is not frozen; this is called the freeze level, or freeze point in many building circles in which water pipes must be layed. It also means that when it is hot, if you dig deep enough, the dirt is actually cool/cooler. Like wise, the larger/deeper the body of water, the longer it takes to warm up in the summer and cool down in the winter; in these cases, the temperature of a large/deep body of water can be used as a geothermal energy source. In some very special cases, you might run into a hot spring, or other geological anomly, whose energy can be used; a hot spring is water coming up from the ground that is already warmed.

Probably the most commonly used applications of geothermal energy are building structures into the earth/dirt its self and, using the temperature of the dirt to moderate the temperature of water which is then used within a structure. In building structures into the dirt, some are built completely under ground while others are built into the "side of a hill (dirt) or mountain (rock)". Often water is used to cool a structure in the summer; the water is cooled in buried pipes and then pumped around the structure. Sometimes, water is kept "warm" underground then heated before being used in a heating system for the structure or as hot water in a shower. In this case, the geothermal energy simply reduces the amount of heating required and thus the traditional energy source.

Another type of energy uses a combination of geothermal and solar energy. The water is pumped from the ground at the "warm" temperature of something between 32 and 55 degrees F. It is then "heated" in pipes or drums to between 50 and 80 degrees outside in the sun. Then it is piped inside and further heated for piping around the structure to keep it warm (radiant heat) or for use in a more traiditonal water heater (i.e. showers, washing dishes, etc...).

In most cases, geothermal heat is used as an accompanyment to other energy sources rather than a replacement; it is used to reduce the amount of other energies.
