I also have worm farms and compost bins for non meat food scraps. I use public transport as much as possible.
AND I did not do it to save the environment, I did it to save money, reduce landfill, and have good soil for growing vegetables.
As far as the environment, humans can do nothing to alter what the planet is doing naturally, and has done ever since it was formed.
