About Solar Energy
Solar power is energy from the sun that is transformed into thermal or electrical energy.
Solar energy is the cleanest and most abundant renewable resource source available, and the United States has some of the richest solar resources worldwide. Modern innovation can harness this energy for a variety of usages, consisting of producing electricity, supplying light or a comfortable interior environment, and heating water for domestic, commercial, or industrial usage.
Solar power makes it possible for house owners to use the sun to power everyday life: running your air conditioner, cleaning clothes, seeing TELEVISION, cooking dinner. All while reducing your carbon footprint, and without burning fossil fuels or putting a strain on the electrical grid. And while the ecological advantages of solar power are substantial, many home owners discover that the convenience, unique features, and expense savings of owning a solar power system are much more alluring.
Leading Advantages of Solar Energy
#1 Considerably lower or perhaps remove your electrical bills
Whether you're a homeowner, business, or nonprofit, electrical energy expenses can comprise a large portion of your regular monthly expenditures. With a solar panel system, you'll generate totally free power for your system's entire 25+ year lifecycle. Even if you don't produce 100 percent of the energy you consume, solar will minimize your utility costs and you'll still conserve a lot of money.
#2 Make a great return on your financial investment
Solar panels aren't a cost-- they are among the very best ways to invest, with returns rivaling those of more standard investments like stocks and bonds. Thanks to significant electrical power costs savings, the average American homeowner settles their photovoltaic panel system in seven to eight years and sees an ROI of 20 percent or more.
#3 Protect versus increasing energy expenses
One of the most clear cut benefits of photovoltaic panels is the ability to hedge energy rates. In the past 10 years, property electrical energy prices have increased by approximately 3 percent yearly. By purchasing a solar energy system now, you can repair your electrical power rate and protect against unpredictable increases in electricity costs. If you're a service or house owner with changing money circulation, going solar also helps you better forecast and manage your costs.
#4 Increase your residential or commercial property value
Multiple studies have actually discovered that homes equipped with solar energy systems have greater residential or commercial property values and sell more rapidly than non-solar homes. Appraisers are increasingly taking solar installations into factor to consider as they value houses at the time of a sale, and as property buyers become more educated about solar, need for residential or commercial properties geared up with solar panel systems will continue to grow.
#5 Boost U.S. energy independence
The sun is a near-infinite source of energy and a crucial component of attaining energy independence in the United States. By increasing our capability to generate electrical energy from the sun, we can likewise insulate our country from price fluctuations in worldwide energy markets.
#6 Create jobs and help your regional economy
Inning accordance with The Solar Structure, the solar market added tasks at a rate nearly 12 times faster than the overall U.S. economy in 2015, representing 1.2 percent of all tasks in the country. This development is anticipated to continue. Due to the fact that solar-related tasks tend to be greater paying and can not be outsourced, they are a substantial factor to the U.S. economy.
#7 Safeguard the environment
Solar is a great method to minimize your carbon footprint. Structures are accountable for 38 percent of all carbon emissions in the United States, and going solar can considerably decrease that number. A common property photovoltaic panel system will get rid of 3 to four tons of carbon emissions each year-- the equivalent of planting over 100 trees annually.
#8 Demonstrate your commitment to sustainability
Sustainability and corporate social responsibility are very important parts of an organization's culture and values. They also produce bottom line results. Significantly, consumers and neighborhoods are recognizing and rewarding services that opt to operate responsibly. Organisations are discovering that "green" qualifications are a powerful chauffeur of customer purchasing decisions, developing goodwill and enhancing company outcomes.
#9 Start Conserving from Day 1
Solar purchase power contracts (PPAs) and solar leasing has made it possible for property owners to go solar for little or no money down.
Numerous house owners pick to finance their photovoltaic panels with one of the "pay-as-you-go" funding choices. This means that a third-party business-- the solar company-- owns the solar system and takes care of installation, upkeep, monitoring and repairs. You just pay the solar supplier for electricity-- less than you would've paid the utility business.
Since June 2013, 75% of all American houses have access to pay-as-you-go solar.
#10. Solar is a Secure Investment
The energy business are notorious for their changing and undependable electrical energy prices. There is plainly an upward trend.
With photovoltaic panels and simple mathematics, we can compute just how much electrical power will be produced, and most importantly, at exactly what price, for at least the next Twenty Years (fixed energy costs).
What are the various payment options?
We have many flexible purchasing agreements for customers who would like to install a new home solar system. There are three different payment options, making them a viable choice for customers of all budgets. The payment options include Lease, PPA, and Purchase.
- Low, fixed payments each month
- System insurance for 20 years, including maintenance
- Flexible end-of-term options, including system upgrade, lease extension, and free panel removal
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
- We own the solar panel system
- $0 down for installation
- Customers only pay for the solar energy that they use
- Customer pays for the system upfront and owns the system
- System monitoring and maintenance for 20 years
- Receive 30% federal tax credit
- See a return on investment within 7-10 years
What happens when the contract for my lease is finished?
We provide our customers with a few different options for when their lease contract is up. Customers can upgrade their equipment to the newest solar technology available, extend the agreement, or have the panels removed at no cost.
What is the warranty?
The Lease and PPA include a 20-year warranty during the lifetime of the system. This warranty exceeds that of most other solar installers’ warranties.

Oh And Windmills Kill Birds
I Suppose We Should Go Back To The Caveman Day'S
Most "Environmentalists" know little of physics, engineering, and economics. They just follow like sheep other "Environmentalists" over the cliff of ignorance believing Solar and Wind will save us.
After all, it was our intelligent, well educated "Environmentalists" that killed our Nuclear Program when our power engineers tried to tell them it was the only alternative using today's technology that even has a chance of significantly reducing our dependence on foreign oil and produce the massive amount of reliable 24/7 energy we need that does not pollute.
So much for our University education system!

What Is Chemical Energy? I Just Need The Definition Of It. Thanks!
Chemical energy is a form of potential energy related to the structural arrangement of atoms or molecules. This arrangement may be the result of chemical bonds within a molecule or otherwise. Chemical energy of a chemical substance can be transformed to other forms of energy by a chemical reaction. For example, when a fuel is burned the chemical energy is converted to heat, same is the case with digestion of food metabolized in a biological organism. Green plants transform solar energy to chemical energy through the process known as photosynthesis, and electrical energy can be converted to chemical energy through electrochemical reactions.
What Is The Most Cost Effective Way To Make Gases Such As Hydrogen From Seawater, Using Pt In Electrolysis?
What Is The Most Cost Effective Way To Make Gases Such As Hydrogen From Seawater, Using Pt In Electrolysis?
Since energy is required to split the water to make H2, the cheapest source is the sun. Solar energy is the energy of choice for making hydrogen from sea water. Next would come nuclear. Do electrolysis during off-peak hours when there is generating capacity, but less demand. A source of energy that has not been developed is the energy in the sea itself. There is a lot of untapped energy in wave action, but there are no current methods for harnessing the energy in waves.
What Are The Advantages And Disadvantages?
What Are The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Using Solar Energy To Heat Water Rather Than Using Electric Immersion Heaters? For 6 Marks Please Help
hi well the advantages are obvious
if you are using 3 kw of energy tofor say 1 hour to run a bath full
and say it costs 20 pence a kw
and its bath night or if you have a power shower and you have a fomily of 5
thats £1 for he night
if you have a solar system with a larger tank it dont cost nothin lol
solar hw works better in sunny climes though and also
i know of a few systems that have to be covered if the people go on holiday
because the water isnt used the water in the indirect system (damn ok the water in the solar panels is not the water in your hot tap ,that water is heated indirectly via a coil of pipe that is inside of youre hot water tank ,so the indirect system is a solar panel piping going to the tank then from the tank with an extra bit to feed the system and in case it boils over )phew so if the solar pannel isnt covered it boils over
Why Is Mitt Romney So Much Better Than Obama?
I'Ve Been Watching All The Debates And He Is Just Amazing And Obama Is So Unconvincing, How Did Obama Even Get Elected? And Using Coal And Gas Is So Much Better Than Solar Energy.
I don't know much but I have to put the other answers in their place. First of all Mitt has experience running major businesses, that is something a president needs, Mitt is just so much smarter than Obama because he has excellent education and experience. Mitt also is simply appealing to the people because he is so smooth, he has good facts and is able to keep his cool. Obama tried to do his best but honestly it is time for him to give someone else a chance, someone who actually knows what he is doing. in 2008 neither candidate was great, the fact that he was black got many people interested in making history, so that is why he won. I am sorry but I don't have anything to say about coal and gas compared to solar.
