The Moon also has uranium which could be used in fission power plants, although the uranium is much heavier (and thus harder to transport) for its energy output than the He3 is. Finally, there is another interesting energy source, sunlight, which is of course present in larger quantities closer to the Sun; it might be useful to build a space-based satellite near the Sun and have it collect sunlight and shoot it back to us in the form of a laser beam. That is rather speculative, though, and with foreseeable technology the energy lost in that process would outweigh the benefit of collecting closer to the Sun.
